“I had the privilege of staying here for the state of origin just recently with friends,we stayed on the 26th floor wow what an amazing view !!!the rooms were excellent the staff were very friendly and professional and the food was great. The breakfast buffet is a must!! to start off your day as you walk across the road to the DFO. Highly recommend the Novotel Melbourne south Wharf we will be back definitely. Special mention to George the concierge what a lovely man always smiling greeting you no mater what time of the day”

“I really loved this hotel. It’s new, clean, beautiful, and very quiet — a perfect place to relax. I stayed here for 4 nights on the 26th floor, and overall the experience was great. There was a small thing worth mentioning: occasionally, I could hear a light noise that sounded a bit like metal or the roof making crackling sounds But it wasn’t too disturbing and didn’t affect my stay much. The dinner was delicious and better than expected. The staff were amazing — very friendly, polite, and always smiling. Their service really made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I truly enjoyed staying here. If I have the chance, I would definitely come back and stay here again. Highly recommended!”

“Beautiful hotel & staff. In a prime location, just a short stroll to public transport, ample of cafes, bars & restaurants right at the door. Beautiful room & a very generous upgrade on arrival. We enjoyed a buffet breakfast & barista coffee each morning. We ate at the onsite restaurant, which was lovely. The concierge staff were Amazing & extremely friendly & helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay & will most definitely be returning. Highly recommend”

“My daughter and I spent one night to see a concert. We had a 2 x double beds. Location was superb and only a few steps from DFO and restaurants. Staff were really friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. Room felt clean, small, but comfortable. Overall an excellent stay and I would stay again.”

“The rooms are great. My bathroom sink could use some attention, as it had a strange pink discoloration. Apart from that, everything was excellent. The hotel is located directly opposite DFO South Wharf, making it a convenient place to stay if you have some free time in the evening to explore the shops and restaurants. However, if you’re like me and finish work around 5pm, it can be a bit late to make the most of the shopping, as many stores start closing soon after.”

“This is the perfect location if you have a conference at the convention centre, it's a 15 second walk away. Great sound insulation in the room and a very comfy bed as well as a huge shower with plenty of pressure. The room service menu is very ordinary and unexciting, but thankfully there's a stack of local restaurants on any of the delivery platforms. When I went down to meet my delivery driver there were 4 other people also waiting for theirs!”
